SYNOPSIS
When Franco comes across a photograph that relates a World War I camp to a view, he is determined to walk that path backwards, guided by the wish to bring back with him a piece of History. Franco talks with the people and he gets in touch with the collective memory of the genuine highlanders. Listening to their stories he gradually understands where to search and with those chats as compass and the photograph as a map he decides to set off. Following him on the mountains he has known for all his life is the only way to see where his research will lead him. After all, making history means starting to look for something.
